Olsen Wings’ advanced mastery of composite components comes from decades of engineering experience and working with different materials here in our facility in Odder, Denmark. We use in-depth knowledge of carbon fibre structures, lightweight materials, silicone systems, thermoplastic moulding and elastomer technologies to innovate and push the envelope boundaries.

Proprietary Materials and Precision Manufacturing Methods
Many of our core materials and processes are developed internally, including proprietary soft shell formulations and custom composite layups. We design and machine our own moulds, create our own tooling setups and work with specialised fixtures tailored to each project.
This degree of control allows us to have the highest possible quality, consistent results and predictable material behaviour from prototype to production.
Modern Production Environment Built for Precision
All our components are manufactured in our own facilities using such advanced systems as robotics, controlled production spaces and dedicated composite workstations.
