We work with the most modern technology and automation processes for machining and casting wind turbine blades.
Our blades are a 100% composite construction, and can tolerate extreme loads. Our small wind turbine blades are built in exactly the same way as those for the giant wind turbines. The base for the blades are done together with The Danish National Laboratory for Sustainable Energy – Risø-DTU.

At Olsen Wings, we know what we are dealing with. We have extensive experience of developing small wind turbine blades, composite materials and the technology called for. We precision machine using robots to ensure the optimum tolerances in our wings. All parts are casted using vacuum infusion.
Olsen Wings’ skills within the field of product development and composite materials has led to a R/D department for product development on turbine blades – as well as other industrial products.
Olsen Wings managed to achieve ISO 9001 certificate by Bureau Veritas in beginning of 2017. The certificate underlines the mission of Olsen Wings which is to deliver superior wind turbine blades and composite products.
